CDG is three terminals and Terminal 2 alone is seven sub-terminals. Connections can be excellent (same 2E/2F hall) or brutal (2G is a bus ride away). Signage has improved, staff attitudes vary, and immigration queues at 2E can be long. The hotels are the bright spot: YOTELAIR airside in 2E and a Sheraton inside T2 by the train station.

- Confirm your departure hall (2A–2G) — the wrong one can be 20 minutes away.
- RER B pickpocketing is real; keep bags in front.
