Abu Dhabi's Terminal A, open since late 2023, replaced the old cramped terminals with one of the most striking buildings in aviation: airy, quiet, well signed, with strong lounges and a US pre-clearance facility that lets you land in the US as a domestic passenger. Connections are easy; the city is 30–40 minutes away.
